(Summary description)The sheet plasma surface processor consists of a plasma generator, a dielectric electrode tube system and a discharge platform. The high voltage and high frequency energy generated by the plasma generator generates low temperature plasma in the glow discharge activated and controlled by the electrode tube, and the plasma is sprayed on the workpiece surface. When the plasma meets the surface of the object to be treated, chemical reactions and physical changes occur, the surface is cleaned, and hydrocarbon contaminants such as oils and auxiliary additives are removed. Change the structure of molecular chains on the surface according to the composition of the material. The free radicals such as oxygen free radicals and hydroxyl groups were established to promote the adhesion of various coating materials, and were optimized in the application of adhesion and coatings.
