Application of plasma technology to surface treatment of materials

(Summary description)Liu Chengsen, a famous Chinese expert in Physics, published a paper on Monte Carlo Simulation of Inside a Cylindrical bore for plasma source ion in Journal of Applied Physics(Journal of Applied Physics), which was influential in the United States. In this paper, monte Carlo technique is used to give the simulation results of ion implantation on the surface of the material under different pressures, and the impact energy and Angle distribution of ion implantation on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole are obtained. The results of this study are of great practical significance and have important guiding value for determining the depth distribution of ion implantation and sputtering effect on the surface. At present, plasma technology has been widely used in various fields of science and technology and national economy, and has achieved great success in new energy, new materials, mobile phone manufacturing, semiconductor, biomedical and aerospace industries. The development of plasma technology has promoted the r&d and manufacturing of plasma surface cleaning equipment, and spawned a lot of plasma equipment manufacturers such as Chengfeng Zhizhi, a high-tech enterprise specializing in providing plasma technology solutions.
