Plasma surface treatment of polymer materials surface applications

(Summary description)Most organic gases are polymerized and deposited on the solid surface under the action of low-temperature plasma surface treatment to form continuous, uniform, pinhole-free ultrathin films, which can be used as protective materials, heat insulation materials, liquid-gas separation films and laser guided films, etc., and are widely used in optical, electronic, medical and other fields. Poly (methyl methacrylate) or polycarbonate plastic plasma polymer can be used to produce inexpensive, high-quality and easy to process optical lenses, but the surface hardness of the lens is too low, easy to produce scratches. Plasma deposition with fluorine or silicone monomer on the surface of the lens at low temperature can improve the anti-scratch performance and reflectivity of the lens. Plasma chemical vapor deposition technology has been applied to plastic window glass, automobile blinds, car lights and halogen sky lamps. Plasma polymer films have many properties that allow the same substrate to be used in many fields. The method of chemical vapor deposition for diamond carbon wear resistant coating is to introduce carbon gas into plasma. This plasma has the characteristics of chemical resistance, no pinhole, no leakage and so on, which can prevent various chemical agents from corroding the substrate. You can also apply antifriction paint to windshield wipers or a low friction paint to computer disks to reduce head collisions. Plasma polyethylene film deposited on the surface of silicone rubber can significantly reduce the oxygen transmission coefficient of silicone rubber. The reverse osmosis membrane was prepared with nitrogen-containing monomer, and the salt resistance of the membrane reached 98%. In general, polymer microcapsules are used for biological sustained-release drugs. Reverse osmosis film can be formed on the surface of microcapsules by plasma polymerization technology. The results show that the discharge power and other factors have a great influence on the resistance of plasma polymer films when they are used as sensor elements. After treated with different vinyl monomers and AR glow discharge, the hydrophobicity and dyeing properties of the fabric were improved in a very short time.
