(Summary description)The principle of plasma processor is to improve the hydrophilicity, adhesiveness, coldability, biocompatibility and electrical properties of materials by low temperature plasma surface treatment, resulting in a variety of physical and chemical changes on the surface of materials, such as etched and rough, formation of dense cross-linking layer, or introduction of polar groups containing oxygen. The surface treatment of silicone rubber by plasma showed that N2, Ar, O2, CH4-O2 and AR-CH4-O2 plasmas could all improve the hydrophilicity of silicone rubber, among which CH4-O2 and AR-CH4-O2 had better effects and did not degrade with time. Low temperature plasma is used to treat PE, PP, PVF2, LDPE and other materials under appropriate technological conditions. The surface morphology of the materials changes significantly, and a variety of oxygen-containing groups are introduced to change the surface from non-polar and difficult viscosity to certain polarity, easy viscosity and hydrophilic, which is conducive to bonding, coating and printing.
